FOOD VENDORS  The Shenandoah Festival Board reserves the right to determine what FOOD vendors are accepted.  Food Vendors will need to make sure that all proper Virginia Health Forms and Applications are completed prior to the Festival.  YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE PROPER PERMITS PRIOR TO SETTING UP OPERATIONS.   In addition, you will still need to send in a SVFF Vendor Registration Form to the SVFF (see the Registration page). THE VIRGINIA HEALTH DEPT. FORMS CAN BE PRINTED BY CLICKING ON THE PRINTER LINK BELOW.   There is a coordinator sheet,  A two page vendor application, and a three page info packet.
